The Site is owned and operated by Soon Ahn, an individual, doing business as “Webcodegen Studio” (a temporary trade name that may be replaced by a successor legal entity upon formation) (the “Site Owner”).
The Site is licensed to Soomee’s Kitchen (the “Licensed Operator”) for the purpose of offering food products for sale on a pickup-only basis.
Soomee’s Kitchen operates as an independent business entity and is not owned or controlled by the Site Owner.
Continued use of the Site after changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
IMPORTANT FOOD PREPARATION & REGULATORY NOTICE
All food items offered through this Site are prepared exclusively in a permitted and inspected commercial commissary (shared) kitchen, in compliance with the California Retail Food Code and under the authority of the County of San Diego Department of Environmental Health and Quality (DEHQ).
- Food is not prepared in a home kitchen
- Soomee’s Kitchen operates using an approved commissary/shared kitchen facility in San Diego County
- Food preparation, storage, warewashing, freshwater supply, wastewater/trash disposal, and sanitation occur only at permitted facilities
- All operations comply with applicable state and county food safety regulations
- Pickup-only service. No delivery
1. Scope & Roles
Site Owner (Webcodegen Studio)
- Owns and maintains the Site infrastructure
- Provides website hosting, technical operation, and advertising and analytics systems operated for its own independent platform and monetization purposes
- Operates and controls advertising and monetization systems on the Site
Licensed Operator (Soomee’s Kitchen)
- Uses the Site under license to offer food products for sale
- Is solely responsible for food preparation, pricing, sales, pickup fulfillment, refunds, and regulatory compliance
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site Owner’s data collection and handling practices and does not govern the independent practices of payment processors, advertisers, or other third-party services
2. Information We Collect
For clarity, order-related personal information (including names, contact details, order contents, pickup details, and allergy notes) is collected and controlled exclusively by Soomee’s Kitchen as an independent business.
The Site Owner may have incidental technical access to such information solely for the purpose of operating and maintaining the Site infrastructure. The Site Owner does not determine the purposes or means of processing such order-related personal information and does not act as a service provider or processor with respect to such data under applicable privacy laws.

Online card payments are enabled only after payment processing setup is completed.
Prior to activation, no card payment information is collected or processed through the Site.
Order-related personal information, including customer name, phone number, email address, billing address provided for card payment purposes, order contents, and allergy notes, is collected and controlled exclusively by Soomee’s Kitchen as the Food Provider and/or its payment processor (e.g., Stripe).
The Site Owner does not collect, use, or determine the purposes or means of processing such information for its own business purposes, may access such data only incidentally as necessary to operate and maintain the Site infrastructure, and does not use any Sensitive Personal Information related to health or allergies for advertising, analytics, or monetization purposes.
Allergy notes or dietary information provided by customers are submitted voluntarily and for informational purposes only.
Such information is not collected, used, or processed by the Site Owner as medical or health information.
The inclusion of allergy notes does not create a contractual obligation, warranty, or guarantee of allergen-free preparation, nor does it constitute a representation that food items are safe for individuals with food allergies.
3. Use of Information
The Site Owner uses personal information to:
- Facilitate Site operation and technical functionality
- Support analytics, measurement, and security
- Operate advertising and monetization systems controlled by the Site Owner. The Site Owner does not act as a joint controller with the Licensed Operator with respect to advertising or analytics data.
The Site Owner does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
4. Sharing of Information
Personal information may be shared only as necessary:
- With service providers (e.g., hosting providers) under confidentiality and data protection obligations
- With advertising partners (such as Google AdSense) for analytics and advertising services, which may constitute “sharing” under the CPRA
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process

Advertising and analytics data may be retained in accordance with the Site Owner’s internal retention policies, subject to applicable law and opt-out preferences.
